TITLE '89 ELECTRONIC TUNE RADIO COMBO ALTERNATOR WHINE NOISE
CONDITION: Alternator whine noise may occur in '88 or '89 Camry V-6 with an '89 ETR Combo 4 speaker model 2632 Fujitsu Ten (P/N 86120-19165) installed. This noise will be most noticeable during headlamp operation when playing a cassette tape at low volume listening.
CAUSE: Illumination main power wire static noise from headlamp circuit.
CORRECTION: Install a sub-wire noise suppressor adaptor in-line between the radio unit and the vehicle wire harness as shown:
