To reduce the possibility of a knocking noise from the front axle hub bearings when driving on rough roads at low speeds, the front axle hub bearing and steering knuckle nut have been changed.
REPAIR (INSTALLATION) PROCEDURE:
1) If a knocking noise is heard, replace the front axle hub bearing and the steering knuckle nut as a set (reference applicable repair manual for detailed information).
2) Tightening torque for the steering knuckle nut is:
203 ft.lb. (2,800 kg cm)
