Rear Suspension Arm ASSY No.1 LH, Replacement
REPLACEMENTHINT: This procedure is provided for the replace on the LH side. Replace the other side in the same way.
1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL
2. REMOVE STABILIZER BAR REAR
3. REMOVE REAR SUSPENSION ARM ASSY NO.1 LH
a. Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear suspension arm No. 1 (inner side).
b. Remove the bolt, nut and rear suspension arm No. 1 (outer side) from rear axle carrier.
HINT: While fixing the nut, turn and remove the bolt.
4. TEMPORARY TIGHTEN REAR SUSPENSION ARM ASSY NO.1 LH
a. Install the rear suspension arm No. 1 (inner side) with the bolt, and temporarily tighten the bolt.
HINT: Face the paint mark to the rearward.
b. Connect the rear suspension arm No. 1 (outer side) to the rear axle carrier with the bolt and nut, and temporarily tighten the bolt and nut.
HINT: Insert the bolt from the front side of the vehicle and temporarily install the bolt.
5. STABILIZE SUSPENSION
6. FULLY TIGHTEN REAR SUSPENSION ARM ASSY NO.1 LH
a. Fully tighten the bolt.
Torque: 100 Nm (1,020 kgf-cm, 74 ft. lbs.)
b. Fully tighten the bolt.
Torque: 100 Nm (1,020 kgf-cm, 74 ft. lbs.)
HINT: While fixing the nut, turn and install the bolt.
7. INSTALL STABILIZER BAR REAR
8. INSTALL REAR WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
9. INSPECT REAR WHEEL ALIGNMENT
