FRONT FENDER FRONT APRON (ASSEMBLY)

REPLACEMENT

1. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT
2. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE SUPPORT
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT APRON
a. Remove the front fender apron wind guide gusset at the same time.






4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT APRON
a. Temporarily install the new parts and measure each part in accordance with the body dimension diagram.






5. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE SUPPORT
6. INSTALL RADIATOR UPPER SUPPORT
7. MEASURING THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT DIMENSIONS
8. APPLYING SEALER TO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT
9. APPLYING UNDER COATING
10. APPLYING ANTI-RUST AGENT
a. After applying the top coat layer, apply the anti-rust agent to the inside of the necked section structural weld spots.
