THERMISTOR

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT PARTS




2. INSPECT THERMISTOR RESISTANCE
a. Disconnect the connector from the thermistor.
b. Using an ohmmeter, check that there is continuity between the terminals.

Standard resistance: 1,500 ohms at 25 °C (77 °F)
If resistance has no continuity, proceed next inspection.
