Rear Axle LH Hub Bolt
REPLACEMENT1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL
2. SEPARATE REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSY LH
a. Remove the 2 bolts and brake caliper.
b. Support the brake caliper securely.
3. REMOVE REAR DISC [42431 / 98-63]
4. REMOVE REAR AXLE LH HUB BOLT [42312E / 98-63]
a. Using SST and a screwdriver or an equivalent to hold, remove the hub bolt.
SST 09628-10011
5. INSTALL REAR AXLE LH HUB BOLT [42312E / 98-63]
a. Install a washer and nut to a new hub bolt as shown in the illustration.
b. Using a screwdriver to hold, install the hub bolt by torquing the nut.
6. INSTALL REAR DISC [42431 / 98-63]
7. INSTALL REAR DISC BRAKE CALIPER ASSY LH
a. Install the brake caliper with the 2 bolts.
Torque:
4WD: 58 Nm (592 kgf-cm, 43 ft. lbs.)
2WD: 61.8 Nm (630 kgf-cm, 46 ft. lbs.)
8. INSTALL REAR WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
