Control Assembly: Service and Repair
INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL ASSEMBLYOVERHAUL
1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY CENTER
2. REMOVE CONTROL & PANEL ASSEMBLY, INTEGRATION
3. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY
4. REMOVE CONTROL KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY
5. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO.1 (MANUAL AIR CONDITIONER)
6. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO.2
a. Using a screwdriver with protected by taping, remove the heater control name sheet No.2.
7. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING
a. Release the lock of connector and disconnect the cable.
b. Remove the 8 screws and heater control housing.
8. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONER AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 3 screws and air conditioner amplifier assembly from the heater control housing.
9. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL BULB
10. REMOVE HEATER BLOWER SWITCH (MANUAL AIR CONDITIONER)
11. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY
12. INSTALL INTEGRATION CONTROL & PANEL BULB
a. Install the integration control & panel bulb to the heater control housing.
13. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO.2
