ROOF RACK ASSEMBLY LH

REPLACEMENT

INSTALLATION

HINT:
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But, the installation is indicated only when it has a point.
- In the RH side, work in the same procedure as in the LH side.

1. REMOVE ROOF RACK LEG COVER FRONT LH




a. Using a screwdriver, remove the roof rack leg cover front.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE ROOF RACK LEG COVER CENTER LH




a. Using a screwdriver, remove the roof rack leg cover center.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE ROOF RACK LEG COVER REAR LH




a. Using a screwdriver, remove the roof rack leg cover rear.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

4. REMOVE ROOF RACK ASSEMBLY LH




a. Remove the 5 bolts and the roof rack assembly.

5. INSTALL ROOF RACK ASSEMBLY LH
a. Using white gasoline, clean the bolt and thread.
b. Apply adhesive 1324 to the thread.
c. Install the roof rack assembly with the 5 bolts.
