Front Bumper: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT

Front Bumper Cover:

HINT: See the components' drawing of front bumper cover.

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE




a. Remove the 4 clips and radiator grille.

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH




a. Remove the 2 screws and 4 clips.
b. Remove the screw and a part of the front fender liner.

HINT: Remove the screw, clip and the front fender liner within the range that the front bumper cover can be removed.

3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER




a. Remove the 6 screws, 2 bolts and front bumper cover.
b. Disconnect the fog lamp connector (with fog lamp).

5. REMOVE FOG LAMP LAMP UNIT RH(W/ FOG LIGHT)
6. REMOVE FOG LAMP LAMP UNIT LH(W/ FOG LIGHT)
7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH(W/O FOG LIGHT)
8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH(W/O FOG LIGHT)
