Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE CENTER BRACKET
Remove the screw and center bracket.

2. REMOVE N0.5 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT
Remove the screw and No.5 heater to register duct.

3. REMOVE N0.2 REGISTER
Remove the 3 screws and No.2 register.




4. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 bolts and front passenger airbag assembly.

Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf.cm, 42 in.lbf)

b. Remove the 3 bolts and front passenger airbag door.
c. Remove the 3 screws and instrument panel stay.

CAUTION:
- Do not store the front passenger airbag assembly with the airbag side deployment direction facing down.
- Never disassemble the front passenger airbag assembly.

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
