ABS Warning Light Does Not Go Off

ABS WARNING LIGHT DOES NOT GO OFF
DETECTING CONDITION:
^ Defective combination meter
^ Open circuit of harness
TROUBLE SYMPTOM: When starting the engine, the ABS warning light is kept ON.
