Hydraulic Hose: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove air cleaner case.
2. Drain clutch fluid.
3. Remove clutch pipe.





4. Unclip and remove hose from bracket.
5. Remove hose from operating cylinder.

INSTALLATION





Install in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Bleed clutch fluid.

Tightening torque:
T1: 15 Nm (1.5 kgf-cm, 10.8 ft. lbs.)
T2: 18 Nm (1.8 kgf-cm, 13.0 ft. lbs.)
