DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE DOES NOT APPEAR

DIAGNOSIS:
- Diagnosis circuit is open.

TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
- The ABS warning light turns on or off normally but the start code cannot be read out in the diagnostic mode.
