Fuel Gauge Sender: Testing and Inspection

1. While moving float, determine Full point and Empty point.

2. Measure resistance between terminals shown in Fig. 1, when float is at Full and Empty points. Refer to Fig. 2, for specifications.
3. Ensure resistance gradually changes when float is slowly moved from Full to Empty.
