Fuel Return Line: Testing and Inspection

Inspect all fuel, vapor and vacuum lines for the following:
- Broken brackets or stays
- Cracking
- Collapsing
- Looseness
- Missing, damaged or broken clamps
- Swelling
- Rubbing against other components

Replace or repair as necessary.
