Evaporative Check Valve: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove fuel cut valve from tank (requires fuel tank removal).
2. Attach a vacuum hose to the fitting.
3. Partially submerge the valve in water an apply vacuum to the fitting.
4. Vacuum should hold when the float raises.
5. Vacuum should not hold when the float lowers.
