DTC 41

Air/Fuel Ratio Control System:

If the ECU detects a problem in any of several systems that are involved in regulating the air/fuel, a code 41 will be set in the on-board diagnostic system. Use the diagnostic chart to methodically troubleshoot the various possibilities until the problem is isolated.
