Brake Rotor/Disc: Service and Repair

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove front wheels.
3. Remove grease cap and cotter pin, then loosen axle castle nut.
4. Remove caliper and position aside. Leave brake line attached to caliper.
5. Remove caliper mounting bracket.
6. Remove axle castle nut and washer, then the hub and rotor assembly.
7. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten bolts and nuts to specifications.
