(4) While preventing lock nut (1) from turning, tighten lock nut (1).
(5) Set throttle cable to the fully-open position again, and check inner cable free play.

3) Fit inner clutch cable end into fork lever, then fix outer cable end to cable bracket with nut.
Fork lever free play allowance:
2.1 - 4.1 mm (0.083 - 0.161 in)
