Refer to Fig. 5 and 12 when performing the following procedure.
1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove front wheels.
3. Remove cotter pin and castle nut from ball stud, then disconnect ball stud from transverse link.
4. Remove ball joint to housing retaining bolt and the ball joint.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Refer to Figs. 5 and 12 for torque values.
