1 Attach universal adapter (2) for pressure pump with fine adjustment on cooler (1).
Shutoff cocks (3, 4) on filling unit (5) must be shut.
2 Connect universal adapter (2) to the filing device (5).
3 Connect Venturi nozzle (6) to the filing device (5).
4 Connect compressed air hose (7) to the Venturi nozzle (6).
5 Open shutoff lever (4) until the pointer on the filling device (5) is located in the green area (- 0.85 to - 0.9 bar). Then evacuate cooling system for just another 2 minutes or so.
6 Carefully open the shutoff lever (3) until the hose ( 8) at the filling device (5) is filled with coolant.
7 Close shutoff valves (3, 4), close venturi (6) and allow cooling system to rest for about 1 minute.
The vacuum should not drop in this time period. Reduced vacuum points to a leak in cooling system.
8 Open shutoff valve (3) and completely fill cooling system.
9 Close shutoff lever (3).
10 Open shutoff lever (4) and create pressure compensation in the cooling system.
11 Disconnect universal adapter (2) on cooler (1) and on filling unit (5).
