Install windshield (3) on body flange within 2 minutes after applying adhesive material, to prevent adhesion problems of the adhesive material.

The curing time is approx. 2 h measured from the time the windshield (3) is installed. The rated accident strength is achieved only after approx. 8 h.

1 Guide nozzle (2) along bonding surface on windshield (3) or along residual adhesive material on body flange and uniformly apply adhesive material in shape of a bead with a height (b) of approx. 12 mm and a width of approx. 8 mm.
