Function
When the service brake is operated, the request is directly relayed to the ESP control unit and the SAM control unit via the brake light switch.
The status of the brake light switch is also put onto the CAN by the ESP control unit.

The SAM control unit actuates the following components:
^ Left brake/turn signal light
^ Right brake/turn signal light
^ Center high-mounted stop lamp
