1 If necessary, expose antenna line (3) of global positioning system (GPS) antenna.

2 Position retaining bracket (1) at radio recess and tighten screws/bolts (2).
To fasten retaining bracket (1) at radio recess, existing fastening points are used.







3 Position smart radio car2go (A2/5) in front of radio recess.

4 Connect plug of smart radio car2go branch-off line to connectors (5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12) of smart radio car2go (A2/5).
The connectors are coded and cannot be interchanged.

5 Connect vehicle-side antenna cable to connector (4).

6 Connect vehicle-side global positioning system (GPS) antenna cable to connector (10).







7 Insert smart radio car2go (A2/5) in radio recess and tighten screws/bolts (13).
When inserting smart radio car2go (A2/5), do not pinch any electrical lines. They can be damaged otherwise.
