AR91.10-P-8656-01MCC Make Cuts For Belt Guide At Cover Of Front Seat Backrest







1 Feel for carrier (4) of belt guide in top section of seat and draw a reference point (2) onto the cover (1) corresponding to the corner (arrow A) of the carrier (4).
2 Feel for carrier (4) of belt guide in top section of seat and draw a reference point (3) onto the cover (1) corresponding to the corner (arrow B) of the carrier (4).
3 Draw a cut (5) 5 mm above the reference point (2) with a length of 15 mm in the upward direction.
The cut (5) must be drawn directly behind the carrier (4).
4 Draw a 25 mm long cut (6) in the downward direction starting from the reference point (3).
The cut (6) must be drawn directly behind the carrier (4).
5 Make cuts (5, 6) at cover (1) of backrest starting from above.
The cuts (5, 6) must not be longer than the dimension specified in each case, as they will otherwise no longer be covered by the belt guide and the cover (1) must be replaced.
