2ZR-FE COOLING: COOLING FAN MOTOR: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT COOLING FAN MOTOR





(a) Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.

(b) Connect the cooling fan motor connector to the battery and check that the fan motor moves smoothly.

(c) Using an ammeter, measure the current between the terminals.

Standard current:





(d) Connect the cooling fan motor connector.
