K41B CVT: OIL COOLER: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

(a) Apply Toyota genuine CVT Fluid TC to the 2 new O-rings and install them on the transmission oil cooler.

(b) Install the transmission oil cooler onto the CVT with the 3 bolts.

Torque : 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

(c) Install the 2 water by-pass hoses to the transmission oil cooler with the 2 clamps.

NOTICE:
Securely push the hoses over each pipe fitting on the transmission oil cooler until the hoses contact the rib on each pipe fitting.

4. ADJUST CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID
