Reassembly

K41B CVT: SHIFT LEVER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL LOWER POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the position indicator housing lower onto the shift lever.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 POSITION INDICATOR SLIDE COVER

(a) Install the No. 2 position indicator slide cover onto the position indicator slide cover.

3. INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR SLIDE COVER

(a) Install the position indicator slide cover onto the shift lever.

Install the position indicator slide cover with the arrow facing forward.

4. INSTALL CONTROL POSITION INDICATOR PLATE

(a) Engage the claw and install the control position indicator plate onto the position indicator housing.

5. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER CAP

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the shift lever cap onto the position indicator housing.

6. INSTALL POSITION INDICATOR LIGHT GUIDE

(a) Install the position indicator light bulb onto the position indicator light wire.

(b) Install the position indicator light cap onto the position indicator light bulb.

(c) Install the position indicator light wire onto the position indicator light guide.

(d) Engage the 4 claws to install the position indicator light guide onto the position indicator housing upper.

7. INSTALL UPPER POSITION INDICATOR HOUSING

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the position indicator housing upper onto the shift lever.

(b) Reinsert the indicator lamp wire into terminals 7 and 14 of the transmission control switch connector.

(d) Engage the clamp and install the transmission control switch connector onto the shift lever.

8. INSTALL SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Connect the shift lock solenoid connector to the shift lock control ECU.

(b) Engage the 3 claws and install the shift lock control ECU onto the shift lever.
