K41B CVT: OIL PAN: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSAXLE OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the 2 oil cleaner magnets onto the oil pan.

(b) Install a new transaxle oil pan gasket on the transaxle oil pan.

(c) Install the transaxle oil pan with the 15 bolts.

Torque : 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 in-lbf)

(d) Install the bolt to the CVT.

Torque : 45 Nm (459 kgf-cm, 33 ft-lbf)

2. ADJUST CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

3. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

Torque : 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf)
