Reassembly

FRONT SUSPENSION: FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT COIL SPRING

(a) Using SST, compress the front coil spring.

NOTICE:
Do not use an impact wrench. It will damage SST.

(b) Install the front coil spring onto the front shock absorber.

NOTICE:
The smaller-diameter end of the spring is the upper end.

HINT
Fit the lower end of the coil spring into the gap of the absorber lower seat.

2. INSTALL FRONT COIL SPRING UPPER INSULATOR

3. INSTALL FRONT SPRING BUMPER

4. INSTALL FRONT COIL SPRING UPPER SEAT

5. INSTALL STRUT MOUNTING BEARING

6. INSTALL FRONT SUSPENSION SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Provisionally tighten a new nut.

NOTICE:
Fit the lower end of the coil spring into the gap of the absorber lower.

(b) Remove SST from the front coil spring.

NOTICE:
Do not use an impact wrench. It will damage SST.
