Removal
BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS: FRONT SPEED SENSOR: REMOVAL
1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD Removal
3. REMOVE FENDER REAR PLATE MUDGUARD Removal
4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY Removal
5. SEPARATE WIRE HARNESS (for RH Side)
(a) Disengage the clamp from the No. 3 sensor clamp.
6. REMOVE FRONT SPEED SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the front speed sensor connector.

(b) Remove the nut and the No. 3 sensor clamp from the body.
(c) Remove the bolt C and separate the No. 2 sensor clamp from the shock absorber.
(d) Remove the bolt B and separate the brake flexible hose and No. 1 sensor clamp from the shock absorber.
(e) Remove the bolt A and the front speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
NOTICE:
* Prevent foreign matter from attaching to the sensor tip.
* Clean the installation hole and the surface for the front speed sensor every time the front speed sensor is removed.
