1NR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

(a) for Exhaust Side:

(1) Disconnect the connector of the camshaft position sensor.





(2) Remove the bolt and camshaft position sensor from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.





NOTICE:
If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

(b) for Intake Side:

(1) Disconnect the connector of the camshaft position sensor.





(2) Remove the bolt and camshaft position sensor from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.
