1NR-FE EMISSION CONTROL: PCV VALVE: REMOVAL

HINT
Although the part name refers to the ventilation valve sub-assembly, this procedure is for the PCV valve.

1. DISCONNECT VENTILATION HOSE

(a) Disconnect the ventilation hose from the ventilation valve sub-assembly.





2. REMOVE VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Using a deep socket wrench (27 mm), remove the ventilation valve sub-assembly from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.
