DESCRIPTION

This is the main power source supplied to the air conditioning amplifier when the ignition switch is ON. This power source is used for operating components, such as air conditioning amplifier.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

NOTICE:
Inspect fuses for circuits related to this system before the performing the following inspection procedures.

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the D16 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(c) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

(d) Reconnect the air conditioning amplifier assembly connector

NG -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)

OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT SUSPECTED AREA SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures

2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)





(a) Disconnect the D16 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
