HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: PTC HEATER ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL QUICK HEATER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the quick heater with the 2 screws.

(b) Tighten the ground wire installing bolt.

Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the air duct.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL BRACE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the guide and install the instrument panel brace.

(b) Tighten the bolt and screw.

Torque : 2.5 Nm (25 kgf-cm, 22 in-lbf)

(c) Tighten the 2 nuts.
