Reassembly

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY: REASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT SPRING SILENCER LH

(a) Install the rear seat spring silencer LH to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT SPRING SILENCER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the rear seatback lock assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

Torque : 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)

4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER LH

(a) Install the rear seatback lock cover LH with the 2 screws.

6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON LH

(a) Install the rear seatback lock release button LH as shown in the illustration.

8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD LH

(a) Temporarily install the rear seatback with cover pad LH onto the rear seat frame sub-assembly LH.

(b) Align the protruding portion of the rear seat headrest support with the installation groove of the rear seatback

(e) Engage the hook.

10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

11. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET LH

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear seatback stop button grommet LH.

12. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

13. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear seat cushion assembly.

14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Align the guide with the hook and install the rear seatback assembly LH.

(b) Tighten the nut.

Torque : 42 Nm (428 kgf-cm, 31 ft-lbf)

15. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

16. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER LH

(a) Engage the 3 claws and install the rear seat side hinge male cover LH.

(b) Install the clip.

17. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

18. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation

19. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH Installation

20. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT BUCKLE UPPER COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws and the clip and install the rear seat belt buckle upper cover.

(b) Tighten the 2 screws.
