Disassembly

SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY: DISASSEMBLY

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT BUCKLE UPPER COVER

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Disengage the 2 claws and the clip and remove the rear seat belt buckle upper cover.





2. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Removal

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH Removal

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER LH

(a) Using a clip remover, remove the clip.





(b) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat side hinge male cover LH.

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the nut.

(b) Disengage the hook and the guide and remove the rear seatback assembly LH.

7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.





9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback stop button grommet LH.





10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD LH

(a) Remove the hook.





(b) Unfasten the 2 zippers.

(c) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.





(d) Remove the rear seatback with cover pad LH.





12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK WITH COVER PAD RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON LH

(a) Remove the rear seatback lock release button LH as shown in the illustration.





14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the rear seatback lock cover LH.





16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock assembly LH.





18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

19. REMOVE REAR SEAT SPRING SILENCER LH

(a) Remove the rear seat spring silencer LH from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

20. REMOVE REAR SEAT SPRING SILENCER RH
