Disassembly

DOOR / HATCH: BACK DOOR: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD

(a) Disengage the 9 clips and remove the back door trim board.





2. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY Removal

3. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET Removal

5. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE

(a) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the door pull handle.

6. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY Removal

7. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE Removal

8. REMOVE HIGH MOUNTED STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE BACK DOOR WEIGHT

(a) Remove the 3 bolts.





(b) Disengage the hook and remove the back door weight.
