Disassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: REAR BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER GUARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 6 screws.





(b) Disengage the guide and remove the rear bumper guard.

(c) Remove the 6 grommets.





2. REMOVE REAR BUMPER MOULDING

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the rear bumper moulding.





3. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY Removal

4. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the nut and reflex reflector.





5. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PAD

(a) Remove the 2 rear bumper pads.





7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear bumper side retainer.

8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the 3 nuts and the rear bumper arm.





10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

11. REMOVE REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 4 nuts and the rear bumper reinforcement.





12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the 3 bolts and the rear bumper reinforcement.





13. REMOVE REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

14. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Remove the rear bumper reinforcement.
