Disassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EMBLEM Removal

2. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER GRILLE

(a) Disengage the 12 claws and remove the radiator upper grille.





3. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR LOWER GRILLE

(a) Remove the 4 screws.





(b) Disengage the 14 claws and remove the radiator lower grille.





4. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE LOWER MOULDING

(a) Remove the 2 screws and the radiator grille lower moulding.





5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

(a) Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover.





6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD

(a) Remove the front bumper pad.





8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the front bumper pad.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SEAL

(a) Remove the front bumper seal.





10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD RH

(a) Remove the front bumper pad.





11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover.





12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer.

13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

14. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER ABSORBER

(a) Disengage the 7 claws and remove the radiator support upper absorber.





15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

(a) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.





16. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator side air seal.





17. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 side.

18. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION LH

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator support extension.





19. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT EXTENSION RH

HINT
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 5 clamps and disconnect the wire harness.





(b) Remove the 8 bolts.





(c) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper reinforcement.

21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 14 screws and front bumper energy absorber.
