Installation

WIPER / WASHER: WASHER MOTOR (for Front Side): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the windshield washer motor and pump to the packing of the washer jar.

2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

(a) w/o Leveling Warning Switch:

(1) Install the windshield washer jar with the 4 screws.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(2) Connect the 2 connectors and 2 clamps.

(3) Connect the 2 washer hoses to the washer motor and pump assemblies.

(4) Install the clip.

(b) w/ Leveling Warning Switch:

(1) Install the windshield washer jar with the 4 screws.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(2) Connect the 3 connectors and 2 clamps.

(3) Connect the 2 washer hoses to the washer motor and pump assemblies.

(4) Install the clip.

(c) w/o Rear Wiper System:

(1) Install the windshield washer jar with the 4 screws.

Torque : 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)

(2) Connect the connector and 2 clamps.

(3) Connect the washer hose to the washer motor and pump assemblies.

(4) Install the clip.

3. FILL WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID

(a) Connect the washer hose to the hose of the windshield washer motor and pump assembly and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.

4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH

(a) Attach the 9 clips to install the front fender liner RH.

(b) Install the 3 screws.

5. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH

7. INSTALL CENTER HOOD CUSHION Installation

8. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER Installation
