Reassembly

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING UNIT: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR Installation

2. INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER EVAPORATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Sufficiently apply compressor oil to 2 new O-rings and the fitting surface of the hose joint.

Compressor oil:

ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

(b) Install the cooler evaporator to the case.

(c) Attach the clamp.

(d) Attach the 4 claws to install the cover.

(e) Install the 4 screws.

3. INSTALL HEATER RADIATOR UNIT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the heater radiator unit sub-assembly with the screw.

4. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 2 heater control cable sub-assembly.

5. INSTALL AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 3 claws to install the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly.





6. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the blower assembly with the 3 screws.

7. INSTALL LOWER DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 6 claws to install the lower defroster nozzle assembly.
