Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

2. INSTALL NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Using hot-melt glue or double-sided tape, install a new No. 4 instrument panel cushion.

3. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Using hot-melt glue or double-sided tape, install a new No. 3 instrument panel cushion.

4. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

(a) Using hot-melt glue or double-sided tape, install a new No. 2 instrument panel cushion.

5. INSTALL NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the No. 3 instrument panel register.

(b) Install the 4 screws [A].

6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Attach the 3 claws and guide to install the No. 2 instrument panel register.

7. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the No. 1 instrument panel register with the 2 screws [A].

8. INSTALL BOOT TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Install the boot to register duct with the 2 screws [A].

9. INSTALL BOOT TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the boot to register duct with the 2 screws [A].

10. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the defroster nozzle with the 3 screws [A].

11. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT

(a) Install the No. 2 heater to register duct with the 2 screws [A].
