Removal

DOOR / HATCH: FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the deck trim side panel assembly Removal.

2. REMOVE FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the screw.





(b) Move the fuel lid lock open lever in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the claw and remove the lever.

(c) Disconnect the fuel lid lock control cable.

(d) Detach the grommet.

3. REMOVE FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the fuel lid lock control cable from the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer.





(b) Detach the clamps and remove the fuel lid lock control cable.

4. REMOVE FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER

(a) Remove the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer as shown in the illustration.
