AUDIO / VIDEO: STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the front seat assembly LH Removal.

3. REMOVE AUDIO AMPLIFIER COVER

(a) Detach the 2 clips and remove the audio amplifier cover.

4. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Detach the clip and fold back the floor carpets in the directions of the arrows.

(b) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
