Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly

SEAT BELT: FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY: INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)





(a) Measure the resistance of the buckle switch.

Standard resistance:





(b) If the result is not as specified, replace the inner belt assembly.

2. INSPECT FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT

(a) Remove the A/C control assembly Removal.

(b) Apply battery voltage to the warning lamp terminals and check warning light operation as shown in the table and illustration.





OK:





NOTICE:

* Apply protective tape to the battery leads to avoid contact with other terminals.

* Disconnect the battery's negative (-) terminal cable immediately after the light illuminates.

(c) If the result is not as specified, replace the A/C control assembly.
