SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM: OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU: REMOVAL

1. PRECAUTION

CAUTION:

Be sure to read "PRECAUTION" thoroughly before servicing Service Precautions.

2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:

Work must be started at least 90 seconds after the ignition switch is turned off and after the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal.

3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

Refer to the procedures up to "REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY" Removal

4. REMOVE OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION ECU

(a) Disconnect the connectors from the occupant classification ECU.





(b) Using a screwdriver, remove the occupant classification ECU.
