EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: INSTALLATION

HINT

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Attach the 2 clips to install the side support.

(b) Install the screw and bolt.





Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf for screw)

Torque : 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf for bolt)

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

(a) Attach the 2 clips to install the side support.

(b) Install the screw and bolt.

Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf for screw)

Torque : 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf for bolt)

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Install the reinforcement with the 6 nuts.

4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

(a) Put protective tape under the front fender.





(b) Attach the 6 claws labeled A and 2 claws to install the bumper cover.

(c) Install the 3 screws, 2 bolts, clip labeled A, 2 clips labeled B and 2 radiator protectors.





Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf for screw)

Torque : 12 Nm (122 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf for bolt)

6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH

(a) Install the fender liner with the 3 screws.

Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf)

7. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH

(a) Install the fender liner with the 3 screws.

Torque : 6.0 Nm (61 kgf-cm, 53 in-lbf)
