BRAKE: REAR BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSE: REMOVAL
REMOVAL
1. REMOVE REAR WHEEL
2. DRAIN BRAKE FLUID
NOTICE: Immediately wash off any brake fluid that comes into contact with any painted surfaces.
3. REMOVE REAR BRAKE TUBE FLEXIBLE HOSE
(a) Using a union nut wrench, separate the 2 brake tubes while holding the flexible hose with a wrench.
NOTICE:
- Do not bend or damage the brake tube.
- Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake tube from the connecting points.
(b) Remove the clip, bolt and flexible hose.
4. REMOVE REAR FLEXIBLE HOSE
(a) Using a union nut wrench, separate the brake tube while holding the flexible hose with a wrench.
NOTICE:
- Do not bend or damage the brake tube.
- Do not allow any foreign matter such as dirt and dust to enter the brake tube from the connecting points.
(b) Remove the clip and separate the flexible hose.
(c) Remove the union bolt, gasket and flexible hose.
