EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER
(a) Remove the 2 front fender liner retainers.





2. REMOVE CLIP
(a) Remove the 2 clips.





3. REMOVE RADIATOR LOWER GRILLE
(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 14 claws and remove the radiator lower grille.





4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING LH
(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the 6 claws and remove the front bumper side moulding.
5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING RH
HINT: Use the same procedure as for the LH side.





6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH
(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover.
7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH
HINT: Use the same procedure as for the LH side.





8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
(a) Remove the front bumper energy absorber.
9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clamps and disconnect the engine room main wire.





(b) Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.





10. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH
(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the radiator side deflector.
11. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH
HINT: Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH





(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Disengage the claw and remove the front bumper side retainer.
13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
HINT: Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
